Super Heroes

My boys’ bedroom is done in super heroes. The Superman profile shot was made using cheap acrylic and scrapbook paper. The montage of superheroes is a cheap Walmart frame filled with photos from the “The golden Age of DC Comics – 365 Days” book. I ripped out pages I liked and cut them down to fit my frame. The book was bought for $9 and I’ve used it on three other frames, cards, and buttons since then.

The silver framed pictures were drawn by my cousin Erin. She’s amazingly talented at drawing. I had them framed in silver with plexiglass for the inside. If they fall, the plexi won’t shatter every where.

Button Calendar

This is my perpetual calendar. It’s made using 2.25 inch buttons and some scrapbook paper that matches some of the colors in my house. I love the way it turned out and I’m currently trying to decide what else I’d like to make.
