We find things in the house as we renovate. I love it 
We found a piece of cardboardish type stuff behind one of the bookcases we ripped out. It didn’t look *too* old but it apparently was.
I went to a party last night and found out the Episcopalian church owned my house for a while and Rev Moon lived in it. He moved from the area in 1964 which means this thing has been behind the bookcase for a while now.
I’m working on a way to display all the cool things we find in the walls (birthday candles, halloween decorations, army guy figurines, recipes). How would you display them?
every time my husband does any work in our house, he makes sure to sign the insides of the walls.
We’re doing the same the same thing. I even left some notes in the wall of why we’ve done what we’ve done to the house.
